The production of identification plates with the help of the Breva ALU Zero A4 direct printer is more than simple. Insert the aluminium palte, enter text in the supplied software or optional app and print. The low printing costs enable the production of individual pieces as well as the series production of nameplates, warning signs and instructions signs.

The flexibility of being able to produce aluminum nameplates at any time as required facilitates planning and enables the shortest possible reaction times.

The low investment and the countless possible applications offer users a high-quality, universal direct printing solution for a wide variety of requirements.

The following ink types are available:
• UV ink
• Eco solvent ink
• Water based ink
• Security ink (visible only when illuminated with a 395 nm UV light beam)

In addition to direct printing on aluminium, the following materials can also be printed:

Anodized aluminium, steel, copper, brass, bronze, cast iron, glass, wood, plastic, PVC, wax, elastomers (neoprene, rubber), leather, imitation leather, natural and synthetic fabrics, microfiber, paper and cardboard.

The print area of the Breva ALU Zero A4 nameplate printer is 200 x 279 mm.

Breva ALU Zero A4 is a monochrome printer. One color is printed per pass. The following colors are available:

• UV Ink: Black, White, Magenta, Yellow, Cyan, Silver, Clear, Gold, Titanium (Dark Silver), Passion Red, Green, Blue
• Solvent based ink: black, white, yellow, red, blue, silver, gold, dark silver
• Water based ink: black, red, green, blue
• security inks: blue, red; visible only when illuminated with a 395 nm UV light beam

The used UV ink technology does not heat up the substrate to be printed, so that heat-sensitive materials can also be printed.

The printer is made in Italy. The high quality printheads from HP(TM) ensure reliable use with high print quality.
